Spacious space with proximity to old town.

Really well equipped and comfortable apartment in this hotel, and, unlike our previous place, we found the aircon control as we arrived which was needed in the hot weather. Staff were very helpful and polite, even the trainee who appeared to be on her very first day at work! Lots of good eating out options within a short walking distance (Colmar is much smaller than Strasbourg where we had been just before). A short bus ride from the train station on the other side of town.

The kindness of staff, responsive to clients’ special request (we needed a room accesibile by elevator), good location, Christmas market and town centre accesibile by foot. The property offers free storage of the luggage before check in and after check out, which is wonderful and very helpful. They offer breakfast, however we did not buy it, as we prefere to eat at the Covered Market restaurants nearby. Also, lot of guests used the pool and fitness facilities, which I think is a plus for a holiday. Did not tried that either as we focused on visiting the town.

Really close to the centre, about a 10-15 walk. Very quiet hotel, comfy beds Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was nice. We read some reviews about staff not being very friendly but we found all the staff we encountered friendly, polite.

This hotel apartment exceeded expectations. The location was ideal for exploring the area, the apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of items. A completely flawless experience.
